According to Oxford English
Dictionary, the word “suggest /səˈdʒest/” is in the verbs’ class means to put forward an idea
or a plan for other people to think about. Suggest can also be understood as
propsing something to other people, it can be accepted or refused. On the other
hand, the noun “suggestion” is an abstract noun and can be in form of solution,
advice, plan, and idea.
For example:

this duty.

home.
The two sentences above explain that one speaker out of some
speakers roles as the suggester who call his friends to do the duty and go
home. Let us, or let’s in short is a phrase of making suggestion.
The following expressions or gambits are used when someone is
making suggestions:

I suggest that ....
And you might want to change them into:

offer means to give help. It can be taken or refused, and still another
deinition of offer that it can be in terms of food, money, solutions,
friendship, or a bargain.
